This policy explains what AxomAI ("we", "us") collects when you use the AxomAI website, app and Roblox Studio plugin, and what we do with it. Questions? Reach us anytime in our Discord server.
What we collect
- Roblox account details. When you sign in with Roblox we receive your Roblox user ID, username, display name and avatar picture. We never see your Roblox password, Robux, inventory or messages.
- Discord account details. If you link Discord we receive your Discord user ID and name, and check whether you are a member of the AxomAI server. We do not read your messages.
- Your chats and builds. The messages you send, the AI's replies, and the actions the AI takes in Studio, so you can reopen your chats later.
- Studio content the AI reads. To build in your place, the plugin sends parts of your place (the instance tree, script source and Studio output) to our server when the AI asks for them.
- Age range and agreement. Before you sign in we ask for your birth month and year. We only keep whether you're 13 to 17 or 18 and over, never your date of birth, plus when you agreed to our Terms and this policy.
- Usage and billing. Your credit balance, plan, credit usage and purchase records. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Basic technical data. IP address and request logs, used for security and to stop abuse.
- Site visits. Which pages are viewed and a random visitor id stored in a first-party cookie, so we can count visitors and see who is online. We don't use third-party trackers or advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To run AxomAI: sign you in, link Studio, run the AI and save your chats.
- To track credits, plans and daily credit claims.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse, such as one Discord account claiming credits for many Roblox accounts.
- To fix bugs and improve the product.
AI providers
Your prompts and the Studio content the AI needs are sent to the AI provider behind the model you choose (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek or Z.ai) to generate a reply. These providers process that data under their own terms and policies.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data, settings, chats and credit history while your account is active. You can delete one chat or all of them at any time, and delete your whole account from Account in the app. When you delete your account we remove your profile, credits, settings, chats and links, and take your name, IP address and account ID out of our activity logs. We keep payment records, because tax and accounting laws require them.
Children
AxomAI isn't for children under 13. If someone under 13 tries to sign up, we stop the sign-up, and if we learn that we've collected information from a child under 13, we'll delete it. If you're 13 to 17, or under the age required to consent to data processing where you live, use AxomAI only with a parent or guardian's permission. Parents can contact us in Discord to review or delete their child's data.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data. You can download a copy of your data and delete your account yourself from Account in the app, or ask us in Discord and we'll help.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date above and post a notice in our Discord.
